As Managing Director and Principal Engineer Peter is responsible for all management and engineering services. Peter is a qualified Building Services Engineer (BEng Hons) with over 35 years’ experience across the UK and Australia in construction and property related industries. Peter has spent the past 25 years specifically in the property sector, providing a wide range of technical solutions and developing systems and procedures to manage engineering and operational issues to enhance the performance, reliability and add value to existing commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Office Manager

Sharon is the main point of contact and has over 25 years’ experience in advanced office administration, accounts, facilities supervision and project administration in both the Building and Transport Industries. Sharon holds a Certificate IV in both Administration and Bookkeeping.
